Amazon is introducing faster delivery in Canada in as fast as seven hours with a new 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. delivery window in addition to overnight delivery.
The delivery service is available for Amazon Prime members in the Greater Toronto Area, Southwestern Ontario and Metro Vancouver.
Same-day delivery is free for Prime members in select areas on eligible orders over $25, or $6.99 for delivery on orders under $25. Customers who aren’t Prime members can still choose same-day delivery for $11.99 per order.
Amazon says it offers more than 20 million items online, including grocery and operates more than 60 facilities in Canada, which include fulfillment centres, delivery stations and sortation centres.
