B.C. independent Donald’s Market rebrands as City Avenue Market

Donald’s Market has changed its name to City Avenue Market. The grocer operates three B.C.  stores in Vancouver, Port Coquitlam and New Westminster.

The Canadian-owned business was formed by Donald Joe in 1986.

Donald’s brother Gary Joe, director of City Avenue Market, told local news source Burnabynow.com that while the name has changed, the independent grocery store is still 100 per cent Canadian owned and operated by the same family and team.
