Bento Sushi has appointed Dave Jones as president and CEO of Bento. He first joined Bento in 2009 and will be responsible for all Canadian kiosks, corporate and franchised, Foodland business in Hawaii, the company’s North American restaurants and its non-traditional business across both Canada and the U.S.
Glenn Brown will assume responsibility for all North American commissary operations as CEO of commissary.
