Buy-Low opens rebranded store in Alberta

Buy-Low Foods has opened its Westerose store in Alberta, part of a rebranding of the company’s AG Foods stores.

Sam Corea, CEO of Buy-Low Foods, says the banner conversion made sense because it has two other locations within 300 km of each other in Didsbury and Blackfalds, Alta.

The 19,000 sq ft revamped and rebranded store, based at The Village at Pigeon Lake in a mall with multiple stores, is located about one hour from Edmonton and Red Deer. Corea says the store location is great “for people that love the outdoors because Westerose promotes active living throughout the county by connecting nature and healthy lifestyle choices.

Buy-Low Foods has operated the store location since 2011.
