Calgary Co-op has announced ground-breaking on its first mixed-use development at Mission Landing in Calgary.

Located at Macleod Trail and Mission Road SW, Mission Landing will be the first Calgary Co-op development to include a residential building, which is being developed by Quarry Bay Investments. It will sit atop a 3,995 sq ft Co-op Wine Spirits Beer location, an eight-pump gas bar, a 2,988 sq ft convenience store and a touchless car wash.

“The community of Mission has been incredibly supportive of Calgary Co-op,” said Damon Tanzola, vice president, Facilities Development and Real Estate. “Mission Landing represents the beginning of a new real estate and development chapter for Calgary Co-op – one that speaks directly to our vision – to touch the lives of our Community by being respected as the best, most trusted place to shop.”
