Calgary Co-op shoppers will soon see some new products hitting the shelves this March, following the annoucement of a partnership between the retail cooperative and Calgary-based Deepwater Farms that will bring the aquaponic farm’s greens and fish to the co-op’s 15 stores throughout the city.
The first product on Calgary Co-op shelves will be the farm’s Baby Kale Mix. While no further announcements have been made about increasing the variety of products offered at the Co-ops, the press release notes that more are expected to hit shelves in a matter of months.
