Campbell Soup sales have surged in the latest Nielsen data on CPG sales in the U.S. due to the “pantry-loading” effect of the current pandemic.
Tracked channel growth by food company sees Campbell Soup with the highest surge in sales in the U.S. with a 68 per cent increase in dollar sales year-over-year for the four-week period ending April 4.

According to an online report on seekingalpha.com, all the food companies saw sales cool off during the last week of the tracking period from the pace of the three weeks prior.
