Canadian Health Food Association sets July 31 deadline for Launch Pad competition

The Canadian Health Food Association has set a July 31 deadline for submissions for its annual new product competition, Launch Pad. The competition will take place during the CHFA NOW conference and trade show, which runs September 19 – 22.

Launch Pad, co-sponsored by Grocery Business, is a competition for CPG brands in the natural, organic and wellness industry to win the top spot and receive prizes worth more than $50,000. This year eight finalists will compete and have two minutes to present their new product to a panel of industry judges, which this year includes Grocery Business’ editorial director Mary Scianna.

Hosted by lifestyle expert with CTV’s The Good Stuff Charlotte Singmin, the event will take place Friday, September 20, at 5:00 p.m. at the Beanfield Centre in Toronto.
