Coke Canada Bottling has officially opened its new distribution centre in Richmond, B.C.
The facility, now the largest in the region, is part of more than $230 million in investments the company has made over the past five years to enhance operations and meet evolving customer demands.
The new centre, a specialized facility combining sales, warehouse and distribution functions, received an $18 million investment. It offers expanded storage capabilities, allowing Coca-Cola to consolidate operations from multiple locations into one central hub. The move is expected to boost operational efficiency and reduce the company’s transportation footprint, supporting its sustainability objectives.
In addition to the distribution centre, Coke Canada has invested over $42 million in its Lower Mainland operations, including $24 million in a new manufacturing line at its Richmond production facility. The line is designed to increase production capacity and meet growing product demand.
