Crisis leadership initiatives
I see this more about meaningful, tactical contributions than high-profile leadership. Your business takeaways from this experience
With the current situation, we learn every day. From the onset, it is important to know how to react to what’s immediately in front of you. Being an essential business that can offer some level of support to frontline care workers now is something that we’re extremely grateful for. If I could provide a few key business takeaways from this experience they would be to understand when and where there’s a need for your service and figure out how to provide value.
