Crossmark Canada has announced the following appointments:


Kim Thompson assumes the role of senior vice president, client and business development. Thompson joined Crossmark in 2012 successfully leading the company’s client services team.

In her new role, Thompson will extend her responsibilities to include oversight of Marketing Werks in Canada. Thompson will report to president and CEO, Mark Ayer.

Prior to joining Crossmark, Thompson held senior management positions at sales and marketing agencies, Mosaic and Consumer Impact Marketing.


Crossmark Canada has appointed Steve Noble to the role of Director, Marketing Werks. Reporting to Thompson, Noble will play a key role in the management of Marketing Werks capabilities in Canada.

Noble’s prior experience includes the launch of Mosaic’s Shopper Solutions brand. He also held senior roles in both marketing and merchandising at Canadian Tire.

“We are proud and excited to have Kim and Steve leading these key businesses where they can directly impact our clients’ growth strategies,” said Mark Ayer, president and CEO, Crossmark Canada.
