Dave Wilkes, SVP, Government Relations and Grocery Division, Retail Council of Canada (RCC), has been appointed president and CEO of The Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD). David will assume his new role as of January, 2018.
In the announcement, RCC noted that “during his seven years at RCC, Dave built and lead an extraordinary national government relations team that championed and advocated on behalf of Canada’s retail community. With over 30 years’ experience in the consumer goods and grocery sectors, Dave always championed the needs of members with passion and professionalism.”
