Dror Balshine is president of new venture PlantPlus Foods Canada (PPF), which brings the three brands Sol Cuisine, Hilary’s Eat Well and Plant Plus under the PPF umbrella. Balshine is founder and president of Sol Cuisine where he has worked for over 25 years.
