Federated Co-op appoints two new directors

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) has appointed Debbie Unick as director of ag & consumer business transformation for an 18-month term.

In the newly created role, Unick will provide business leadership and support to several strategic projects including the supply chain and point of sale transformation projects. Unick has been with FCL for over 21 years, including the last two as director of centre store food.

Tim Lalach has also accepted an 18-month term position with FCL as director of centre store food. Lalach has been with FCL for 11 years, first leading its store brands team and then as category development manager for centre store. Before joining FCL, he had a 23-year career with Loblaws in a variety of leadership roles in Saskatoon, Calgary, and Toronto

Federated Co-op Limited is currently recruiting for Lalach’s previous position of centre store category development manager.
