Paul Spagnuolo

Paul Spagnuolo is the general manager of Pane Fresco at Fortinos and has been with the business for more than 45 years. The Pane Fresco concept was launched 12 years ago and from the start, Spagnuolo was involved in overseeing the expansion of the fresh prepared foods at the 30,000 sq ft facility in Hamilton, Ont., which today features 700 lines of meals, including breads, pizza dough and proteins cooked and prepared at store level. Spagnuolo’s ties to the company date back to the company’s beginnings as his father Umberto was part of the founding partners of the supermarket chain along with John Fortino and others.
