The Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario Canada (ICCO Canada) and Unico Primo have announced the 12th edition of the Pentola d’Oro Awards.
The annual event honours leaders who have significantly impacted industry growth, quality and sustainability within Ontario’s food and beverage sector through the Pentola d’Oro, Italy-Canada, Lifetime Achievement and Buonissimo awards.
The gala, held during the ninth edition of the International Week of Italian Cuisine, celebrates culinary excellence, from sourcing top-quality ingredients to creating outstanding dishes and wine pairings. The event also brings together various industry professionals, including restaurateurs, suppliers, packaging innovators and media, to encourage networking and exchanging ideas.
