Sobeys has relaunched its Urban Fresh store at Toronto’s Queens Quay waterfront location after a major remodelling. The store provides a strong first impression for fresh foods within its produce department, and creates theatre with prepared foods and its food-to-go offer, according to a Retail Analysis report.
