Women in Food Industry Management (WFIM) held a well-attended and event on March 21 with the theme of “Females Focus on Future of Food” including keynote presentation by Naniss Gadel-Rab, general manager-nutrition at Unilever Canada.
It was followed by a panel discussion moderated by Jo-Ann McArthur, Nourish Food Marketing. Panelists included Amal Soliman, Nuba Tisane, Surria Fadel, of Cedar Valley Selections; Gigi Gill of ZoRaw Chocolates; and Danielle Ellis of The Lactation Cookie Company.
