Buy-Low plans to open new store in Saskatchewan


Kindersley, Saskatchewan, will have a new Buy-Low Foods store by the end of the year. Buy-Low Foods is currently nearing completion of a new location in the Kindersley Mall, reports The Kindersley Clarion, and is on target to open by year’s end.

“The construction phase of our project is progressing as scheduled,” said Sam Corea, vice-president of retail, Buy-Low Foods. “We are pleased with the current status of the project considering the scope of work and the degree of changes we have undertaken. The construction team is working hard to complete the many phases of the project.”

Buy-Low Foods says it is is the largest wholesale distributor to independent food retailers across Canada and operates its own food stores in B.C., Alberta and Saskatchewan, reports The Clarion. It is owned and operated by The Jim Pattison Group.
