Crisis leadership initiatives

I see this more about meaningful, tactical contributions than high-profile leadership. Flow chose to donate to first-line healthcare providers because we recognized their immediate and long-term contributions to fighting this crisis, and how it benefits all of us. We’re a small business and a nimble one and will continue to explore how we can contribute broadly, and also support all our partners.”

Impact on the supply chain

We’re lucky because our sourcing and production have not been impacted by this. But we have increased compassionate human connection and safety protocols at our production facilities, and also increased production shifts that have created some new jobs.

Your business takeaways from this experience

With the current situation, we learn every day. From the onset, it is important to know how to react to what’s immediately in front of you. Being an essential business that can offer some level of support to frontline care workers now is something that we’re extremely grateful for. If I could provide a few key business takeaways from this experience they would be to understand when and where there’s a need for your service and figure out how to provide value.
