Eataly celebrates its 14th birthday and Italian Trade Agency partnership


On January 27, Eataly will be having a social media event to celebrate Eataly’s 14th birthday and its partnership with the Italian Trade Agency.

The event can be accessed through Eataly or ITA’s Instagram livestream.

Guests include Nicola Farinetti, CEO of Eataly, and Carla Maria Ferro, President of ITA.

Several Eataly stores will go live on their respective Instagram’s during the event. Discussions will include Italian food and wine, such as durum wheat pasta and extra virgin olive oil.

“When speaking of Italian Agrifood biodiversity, Eataly is a true ambassador, using in-store and online channels to highlight the territory, uniqueness, origins and production of “Made in Italy” products through the stories of its people and producers. We’re excited to kick off this year-long journey with Eataly as our partner,” says Matteo Picariello, trade commissioner of ITA in Toronto.

The partnership aims to promote Italian companies and increase global awareness of the Italian culture of eating well.
