Fruiticana set to open two grocery stores in 2020


B.C. fruit and vegetable grocer Fruiticana plans to expand its 18-store empire with two more stores in 2020.

Tony Singh, founder of the Surrey, B.C.-based grocery chain opened his forst story 25 years ago. In an online story, Singh notes that he plans to expand with two more stores, one in Surrey and another one in New Westminster.


The stores range from 4,000 to 10,000 sq ft and annual sales are more than $200 million.
