Industry gives back: thousands raised for cancer research

Members of the food and grocery industry participated in the 2019 Ontario Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer fundraiser June 8 and 9.

The two-day charity bike in raises funds for the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. In all, this year’s event raised $19.2 million for cancer research. Over its 12 years, the Ontario ride has raised $213.2 million while nationally the ride has raised more than $436 million.
