Longo Brothers Fruit Markets says that customers must now wear masks or face coverings while shopping in its stores.

Anthony Longo, president and CEO, says the measure, which starts May 4, was taken to “help protect our commuity.”

He says that staff and suppliers wear a face covering “and now our guests are required to do the same. Please bring a mask or face covering that covers your mouth and nose with you when you shop.”

Longo’s says that masks are also available for purchase in-store.
