Metro wins Foodland award for Ontario food promotion initiatives

Metro Ontario Inc. has received the Vision Award from Foodland Ontario. The award was presented at the recent Foodland Retailer Awards Ceremony and Luncheon in Mississauga.

The Vision award is presented to a grocery retailer for its outstanding commitment to promoting Ontario grown food.

Foodland Ontario received more than 5,000 entries and more than 6,000 photos of Ontario-grown food store displays at grocery retailers across the province.
