Mondelez Canada donates $650,000+ in snacks to Montreal food bank

Mondelez Canada is donating more than $650,000 worth of food to Moisson Montreal as part of its $1 million worth of cash and in-kind donations to support community partners during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“As one of Canada’s largest food manufacturers we have an important role to play in helping those in our local communities who are hit hardest by COVID-19.  As a Montreal resident I am proud that we can support our local food bank to help provide food security, and bring a little joy to the people who need it most across the City,” says Martin Parent, president, Mondelēz Canada.

Mondelēz Canada says it will continue to monitor the rapidly changing situation and provide further updates as appropriate. This support is part of the global Mondelēz International commitment to donate $15 million, in cash and in-kind donations, to community partners around the world.
