Rabba and Burnbrae Farms deliver 5,400 eggs to Food Bank this Easter

rabbaburnbrae-8985249Kimberley Souliere, The Mississauga Food Bank’s Director of Development receives a fresh load of 5,400 Burnbrae Farms eggs just in time for Easter weekend. The eggs were delivered on April 13th, 2022 by Rima Rabba, Director of Marketing at Rabba Fine Foods and Iain McRuvie Vice President of Retail Sales at Burnbrae Farms.

Rabba Fine Foods delivered 5,400 eggs to The Mississauga (Ont.) Food Bank as part of its Rabba Roots Community Giving program, with the support of Burnbrae Farms. The two Ontario-based, family companies have been business partners since 1968.

The Mississauga Food Bank will distribute the eggs through its network of food banks across the city and its Food Bank 2 Home delivery program to homebound neighbours.

“The Mississauga Food Bank would like to thank Rabba Fine Foods, and its Rabba Roots Community Giving program for their ongoing commitment to supporting the food bank through a variety of initiatives throughout the years. We very much appreciate their partnership,” says Meghan Nicholls, CEO at The Mississauga Food Bank.
