Walmart plans to enable its customers to use voice commands to order groceries through Google’s smart-home assistant.

This week Walmart announced that shoppers will be able to tell Google Assistant “Hey Google, talk to Walmart” to add grocery items to their Walmart Grocery cart, CNBC reports.

In a blog post, Walmart’s senior vice president of digital operations Tom Ward said that the voice commands will work on any device with Google Assistant, including Google’s Home Hub, Android phones and iPhones. Ward also suggested that Google is just the start, and Walmart may add more partners later.

“It’s cross-platform, which means customers can use any device utilizing Google Assistant, and allows for items to go directly to a customer’s shopping cart, making this capability one of a kind,” Ward said.
