Matthew Shanks assumes the position of general manager of Quality Foods Canada Inc., in addition to his current role in multicultural procurement at Loblaw Companies Limited. Quality Natural Foods is a Loblaw distributor of international foods and a co-packer. He has been with Loblaw for close to 20 years.
