Metro Inc. has acknowledged four Quebec grocers with its prestigious Customer Devotion Award. The awards ceremony was held September 19, 2017, during Metro’s Grocers Annual Meeting in Montreal.

The winners of this coveted title are:

Yannick Lefebvre, franchisee-owner of the Metro Plus Val-Bélair, Quebec City.

Patrick Bourget, franchisee-owner of the Metro Cabano, Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac.

The members of Groupe Messier, owners of the Metro Plus Messier Mascouche, Mascouche.

The members of Groupe Messier, owners of the Metro Messier Fort-St-Louis, Boucherville.

These four Metro stores set themselves apart throughout the year by offering an excellent in-store experience and increasing the satisfaction of their customers.

“Our grocers and their teams are responsible for providing the customer experience to consumers. That’s why Metro insists on recognizing the effort invested by these grocers and the members of their teams,” said Natalie Voizard, senior director, customer experience, Metro. “The excellence of their work, the quality of their in-store execution, the implementation of customer activities and their attention to the online satisfaction survey, as well as their thorough follow-up on customers’ comments, is what set them apart. This is our way of thanking them for providing outstanding service to their customers throughout the year.
