Nestlé Canada is increasing production capabilities at its London, Ont. ice factory and plans to invest $51.5 million in the expansion.
The factory supplies all of Canada with brands such as Haagen-Dazs, Parlour and Drumstick.
The company received $390,000 in funding from the Southwestern Ontario Development Fund for an early phase of the investment. The expansion will create 12 new jobs in the factory and move 45 jobs from seasonal part time to full time employment positions.
