95 grocers to bid for Ontario beer, cider licenses

By April 2018, more than 300 grocery stores in Ontario will be selling beer and cider if 95 Ontario grocers get LCBO approval. There are currently 200 grocery stores across the province authorized to sell beer and cider, 70 of which can also sell wine. The LCBO has invited the 95 eligible grocers to bid for a license and will have until November 6, 2017 to apply.
