Amazon has launched a new 10 per cent discount for its Prime members at Whole Foods Market stores, beginning in Florida. The discount will be rolled out to all 365 Whole Foods Market locations across the US starting this summer.
The new discount applies to sale items, which constitute hundreds of products, in addition to weekly deep discounts on bestselling items. Prime members will receive the added savings by scanning the Whole Foods market app at checkout.
The prime discounts will be indicated in-store by large blue signs, while the deep-discounted bestsellers will be highlighted with orange signage. Prime members can also search the discounts on the Whole Foods Market app.
Earlier this year, Amazon and Whole Foods launched free two-hour delivery on Whole Foods Market groceries through Prime Now in 10 cities, with more to follow for 2018. Eligible Prime members also receive five per cent back on Whole Foods Market purchases when using the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Card.
