One of the world’s largest trade shows for the food industry, Anuga 2021, ran October 9 – 13 in Cologne, Germany. The show traditionally attracts exhibitors from around the world and this year, exhibitors represented 98 countries. The event is one of the top go-to exhibits to see and learn about the latest in food innovation, emerging trends and new products, many of which will make their way into North American grocery aisles. Among the notable innovations at this year’s event were:

  • Compostable Coffee Capsules from Café Sati (France)
  • Lotao Green Jackfruit Veggie Balls fro Lotao (Germany)
  • Happy Veggies – Beetroobee from Finest Selection Kft. (Hungary)
