Winnipeg could be getting a fourth Costco location.

According to the Winnipeg Free Press, the company has submitted plans for the new store to the city’s board of adjustment. The plans outline a 14,693 square metre building with 802 parking spots as well as a gas bar, a tire centre and a propane filling station.

The Free Press gained access to planning documents including a rendering of the proposed structure. Although the Costco name doesn’t appear on the drawing, as the paper notes the building shown has “a Costco-like façade.”

Costco declined to comment for the story.
