Costco plans to open its new store in Niagara Falls in November and will convert an existing Costco in St. Catharines into a Costco Business Centre.

The St. Catharines store will close temporarily after the Niagara Falls store opens before it reopens under the Business Centre banner.

Costco has opened two business centres in Canada to date, a 132,000 sq ft location in Saint Hubert, Que. that opened in early October, and another site in Scarborough that opened in March 2017.

The new Costco Wholesale is Niagara is approximately 145,000 sq ft in size and will include a gas bar. The store will employ about 200 people.
