The Grocery Foundation’s Night to Nurture 2021 virtual gala raised $2 million for hungry children across Canada and Kids Help Phone.
More than 50 sponsors supported the event, which included entertainment from celebrities and industry leaders.
“This year’s gala was another undeniable example of just how innovative and giving members of this industry are. We’re indebted to so many partners who helped us continue its legacy and to this year’s Gala planning committee, who were vital to the evening’s success,” says Shaun McKenna, executive director of The Grocery Foundation.
More than 6,000 people attended the virtual “Laugh for Kids” comedy show right from the comfort of their homes. While we couldn’t attend in person Grocery Business, a media sponsor, captured the event in pictures.
