Fruit d’Or, a Quebec cranberry and wild blueberry processing company, has acquired Decas Cranberry Products Inc., an American family business.

This acquisition will improve Fruit d’Or’s role in the organic industry.

The transaction includes a processing plant and Decas producing acres.
