A Taste of Tuscany

The Italian Trade Commission held a Tuscany market event to promote foods from the northern Italian region, such as wines, cheeses, prosciutto and olive oil. Held at George Brown College’s Chef School in downtown Toronto, the event attracted people from the grocery retail, food service and restaurant sectors. The event was organized on behalf of the Region of Tuscany.
