Giant Tiger Stores Limited has announced the official opening of a new location in Montreal, Que. on Saturday, April 1.

The new 18,000-square-foot Giant Tiger store is located at 6700 Chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges and is the fifth location in Montreal.

The grand opening will include gift card giveaways to the first 100 customers, and a visit from Friendly, the Giant Tiger.

"We are thrilled to be opening a new Giant Tiger store in Côte-des-Neiges to better serve our valued customers in Montreal, QC," said store manager Slim Ben Saïd. "We are ready to open our doors and provide giant savings to our community on the items they need and want, for less."
