For the second consecutive year, Keurig Canada has been listed by Mediacorp Canada on its list of Canada’s top 100 employers.
The Canada’s Top 100 Employers ranking is based on a national competition that determines which employers offer the best workplaces for their employees.
"We are very proud to be once again named one of Canada's Top 100 Employers," said Stéphane Glorieux, president of Keurig Canada. "A strategic priority for our company is to create a culture of positive employee engagement and wellbeing. After our recent merger to create Keurig Dr Pepper, we are now a bigger company with a broader portfolio offering across beverage categories, providing employees even more opportunity to grow and develop as we look to build great brands and make a positive impact in the communities where we live and work."
Keurig’s initiatives include recyclable K-Cup pods, employee mentoring and rotational programs, and community involvement and volunteerism initiatives. The company also offers "Origin Trips," which give Keurig employees the opportunity to visit coffee producers who are the source of their work.
Keurig's portfolio includes brewers, brands such as Van Houtte and Timothy's, as well as partner brands like Starbucks, Folgers, Tim Hortons and more.
