A Canadian cloud platform that allows brands to transact with their retail customers is now available for convenience store operations.
Paygos and the Ontario Convenience Store Association have formed an alliance to provide convenience stores the ability to order product from a centralized platform.
The Paygos platform provides brands, their sales teams and retailers with the ability to place orders, track promotions, manage and distribute incentive program payments and manage the return and payment of unsaleable goods. Stores will be able to order products from top CPG brands and brands in turn will be able to market promotions and provide everyday low prices directly to the convenience store channel and will still be able to use their distribution partners for fulfillment. The stores will also have access to return unsaleable goods to brands that allow this.
