The Ontario Produce Marketing Association (OPMA) will host its 26th Annual Golf Tournament on September 15, 2021, at the Lionhead Golf and Country Club in Brampton. Part of the proceeds from the event will be donated to Student Nutrition Ontario, to provide healthy meals to students across the province.

Features of this year’s golf tournament include a hole-in-one competition, longest drive competition, closest to the pin competition, putting contest, air cannon, and live scoring and leaderboard through the Golf Genius app.

One of the biggest highlights of the event will be the hole-in-one competition, with a top prize of $20,000 for the first person to get a hole-in-one, on both the Masters course and the Legends course. The second person to get a hole-in-one on each course will receive a trip for two to the 2022 National Hockey League's Stanley Cup Finals for games 3 and 4.

Each ticket includes one round of golf, lunch or early dinner on the patio, a goodie bag, golf shirt, and prizes for competitions.

The OPMA golf tournament will be the same fun day out but with a few changes due to pandemic recovery restrictions. Instead of a shotgun start, all groups of four will start from the first tee at their allocated tee-off time and then play through to the 18th hole. The OPMA will have all safety precautions in place.
