PepsiCo’s Anne Fink stated in a recent post that the company is “future-proofing” the way people experience its portfolio of brands, equipment, and services. PepsiCo is actively testing AI and computer-enabled coolers, gesture-based ordering technology and contactless stores to deliver seamless consumer experiences that addresses some of today’s biggest industry challenges head-on.

“As consumer and operator demands continue to change, staying on the leading edge of innovation and technology has never been more critical and PepsiCo Foodservice is leading the way,” said Fink.
