Rabba Fine Foods held its annual golf tournament earlier this month in Brampton, Ont. with nearly 200 vendors and other trade partners in attendance. At the event, Rabba revealed details of its multi-year pledge to support Trillium Health Partners’ ICU program and services. Shortly after the event, Rabba founder Jack Rabba presented a symbolic cheque to Trillium Health Partners’ Foundation for the final balance of the $60,000 pledge.
Trillium Health Partners is comprised of Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga Hospital and Queensway Health Centre. It’s Ontario’s largest community academic hospital and sees nearly 1.7 million patient visits each year.
“These three hospital facilities do absolutely remarkable work in our communities,” says Rick Rabba, president, Rabba Fine Foods. “We have the hope of health and a better life thanks to these top-notch hospitals and the quality of care that their medical professionals and staff provide to each one of us. It’s a great privilege to be able to support organizations such as Trillium Health Partners in the course of our regular work. We’re grateful too that so many of our partners value these community-based partnerships and thank them for their ongoing support.”
