Sahali Save-On-Foods of Kamloops B.C. has won the company’s Best Customer Service Award for 2017.
“The exemplary job that this team did in 2017 is a real opportunity for all of our other stores to learn from the very best,” said company president Darrell Jones, who presented the award to Sahali store manager Neil Allkins.
Stores are given quarterly customer service rankings based on customer comment cards and online surveys, and results are compared with previous years.
The Sahali store had a long row to hoe: it reached the top rank after placing in the bottom 30 stores at the end of 2016.
Save-On-Foods operates 164 stores across Western Canada.
