Sobeys opened its headquarters in Mississauga, Ont. on March 5 to celebrate International Women’s Day with a special event organized by the Network of Executive Women (NEW).

Guests were welcomed by Empire Company president and CEO Michael Medline.

The panel discussion centered around the theme “Balance for Better” and included presentations by Niluka Kottegoda, vice president of innovation and development at Sobeys, Andaleeb Dobson, vice president of merchandising and supply chain, The Source, Fran Mulhern, vice president and general manager at Minute Maid, and Sean Martin, chief business offer at Flipp.
