T&T Supermarket is extending its hours of operation in most of its stores across Canada. The move is the latest in a series of measures announced by CEO Tina Lee.
In a May 9, 2020 letter to the public, Lee outlined the new measures, including the requirement that all customers wear a face covering in the store.
“We believe it is the most effective way of preventing the spread of germs, and by wearing a mask, you will help protect yourself and your colleagues,” says Lee.
The grocer has also increased the credit and debit card tap limit from $100 to $250.
And beginning May 9, it launched a Click & Collect service in 21 of its stores.
“We’re just getting started, so our assortment right now includes the essentials and we will be adding much more over the coming weeks.”
