Vinces Tottenham 1

Vince’s markets has announced the final numbers for year five of its Community Product Initiative, bringing total funds raised by this program to just over $114,000.

Vince’s launched the Community Product Initiative (CPI) in 2018 and has so far supported a long list of life-changing organizations that include the Women’s Centre of York Region, Southlake Hospital, Blue Door Shelters, Uxbridge Loaves and Fishes Food Bank, and more.

This year, the CPI recipient was Canadian Mental Health Association, York Region and South Simcoe. The goal was to raise much-needed funds to support MOBYSS (Mobile York South Simcoe), Ontario’s first and only, mobile walk-in health clinic for youth aged 12-25 years.

The 2023 CPI recipient will be CHATS (Community & Home Assistance to Seniors). This organization provides transportation, meals, and caregiver relief, along with a suite of programs and services to help seniors age at home longer, while staying safe and more independent.
