Called Mobile Express Returns, the new program will handle items sold and shipped by and is set to launch in November. Customers will be able to use Walmart's app to initiate the return process before returning the item to any of Walmart's stores, where they will scan a barcode using a smartphone and return items at a dedicated express late at the customer service desk.
